EMBRACES Comercio Justo is operated side by side with our other business Scrapbooks Paper and Things which was established in 2004. As a family owned Scrapbook Store we have a hard earned and jealously guarded reputation for our dedicated customer service. Our Fairtrade customers at Embraces Comercio Justo can now enjoy the same high level of customer service. 

1. Ordering and Payment options

Orders may be placed at our online store at anytime. You only need to set up an account once and then login to this account each time you shop. Once logged in, place your selections into the shopping cart, then view your cart and then proceed to the checkout. You will then be asked to select your preferred method of payment. We currently accept

· Cheque/Money order

· Direct Deposit into our bank account (please note that Direct Deposits can take up to 5 business days to clear. This is entirely up to the Banks and is totally beyond our control. Over the counter deposits at National Australia Bank branches usually clear the same day)

· Credit card – Visa and Mastercard. Use the Paypal option to check out securely without sharing your financial information.

Once you have selected your method of payment you will be given instructions on how to make payment to complete your order. Please make sure you fill in your email address in order that we can confirm your order has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at sales@embraces.com.au


2. Prices

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST where applicable. All prices are subject change without notice.

3. Minimum Order

We DO NOT have a minimum order value. However, orders under $20.00 (not including postage or discounted items) will incur a handling fee of 10%.

4. Orders

Every effort is made to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.

If you are paying by direct deposit, Cheque or money order please be aware that goods won't be shipped until the funds are fully received and that during this time certain products may go out of stock. Please ensure that we receive payment within (3) working days of placing the order or the transaction will be cancelled.

Notifications

As an added service to our customers, we will email you a Confirmation of Order. We will send you another email to let you know when we start to Process and Pack your order. You may reply to either of these emails if you would like to make any changes to your order. We will send you a final email to let you know when your order has been Shipped.

5. Out of stock items

We make every effort to ensure that what you see as being available in the store WILL be included in your order. On occasions, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If the item is expected within 3 working days, then you order will be held over and we will notify you by email. If the item is not expected to be in stock within 4 working days, your order will be sent AS IS and we will refund the difference in price.

Sorry, we do not maintain records for backordering.

6. Delivery

EMBRACES Comercio Justo will deliver anywhere in Australia. Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. Express and Registered postage rates are available. We highly recommend that customers utilise postal insurance to protect their order in transit. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit that have not been registered/insured. Please allow up to 14 days from dispatch for delivery. We are not responsible for delays in transit once the order has been sent.

All delivery charges are based on actual Australia Post rates with a small handling charge added to cover packaging and are therefore subject to change without notice.


Local Pickup is welcome but you must call us first to make an appointment.
