All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout. All Prices are based on Australia Post rates and are therefore subject to change without notice.

Express and Registered postage is available as an option. We highly recommend that customers utilise postal insurance (Registered Post) to protect their order in transit.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit that have not been registered/insured.

Please allow up to 14 days from dispatch for delivery. We are not responsible for delays in transit once the order has been sent.

International Customers: We do ship to international destinations, if shipping costs to your location cannot be calculated at the checkout, please select Store Pick Up as your shipping method. Ask for a "Shipping Quote" in the comments box and we will confirm shipping costs for you before proceeding with your order.

Refunds and Exchange policy

We will always do everything we can to put things right,  but in order to authorise an exchange, refund or credit please contact us (via email) prior to you sending the item(s) back. Products with a Manufacturing Fault can be returned and postage costs will be refunded. All products supplied by Embraces are gauranteed against defect but please note, craft items are individually manufactured by hand and each item will be different. Minor flaws and differences should not be considered as defects but part of the charm of hand produced fair trade crafts.

Please ensure all goods are returned in their original packaging.

Please advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of your invoice.

Change of Mind

Sometimes we all change our minds, however you must advise us of your change of mind within 7 days of your invoice. A " RETURNS ADVICE NUMBER" will be given. No Goods can be accepted without this. The Goods must be returned unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Refunds will only be for your original purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. We will not refund the shipping or handling costs. The return postage will be at your own expese. If Returned Goods are deemed to be in an un-saleable condition, NO refund will be offered and you will be able to arrange for the return or pick-up of the Goods at your own expense. We will not accept any return goods COD or freight collect.
